Why my vehicle turns left and right while driving

This is normal, because vms_gym has driving skills, which at higher levels reduces the intensity or disables random vehicle turning and skidding.

If you do not want to use this option find the option Config.EnableSkillDrivingEffects in config.lua and set it to false
