My character falls to the ground while exercising
One of the main reasons why such a thing can happen is because of anticheat, since we set give FreezeEntityPosition to a character and disable its collisions to adjust the exact position of the player, in which case your anticheat blocks the possibility of the character's freezing.
My vehicle turns left and right while driving
Yes, this is normal, because vms_gym has driving skills, which at higher levels reduces the intensity or disables random vehicle turning and skidding.
If you do not want to use this option find the option Config.EnableSkillDrivingEffects in config.lua and set it to false
